Briana McLaughlin brings a unique blend of real estate expertise, operations strategy, and client-focused service to every transaction she supports. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Florida and has been a licensed Realtor since 2015. Throughout her real estate career, Briana has worked on several high-producing teams, where she played a key role in building efficient systems, managing complex transactions, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients from contract to close.
In addition to her real estate background, Briana spent seven years in the EdTech industry as an Operations Director, helping scale a start-up into a multi-million-dollar company by developing processes, managing teams, and supporting marketing initiatives. This experience allows her to approach transaction coordination with a strong operational mindset — focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication.
Briana is passionate about giving back to her community and currently serves as an ambassador for Giraffe Laugh, a local nonprofit supporting early childhood education. She previously served as Board Secretary from 2022 to 2025, contributing to organizational leadership, fundraising efforts, and community outreach.
Outside of work, Briana enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter. Whether traveling the country in her camper, hiking, golfing, or cooking for family and friends, she brings the same energy and care to her personal life that she brings to supporting the agents she works with. Patrick McLaughlin brings a strong foundation in construction, operations, and business strategy to Sage Canyon Consulting. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Idaho and was a licensed builder from 2017 to 2023, building homes throughout the Treasure Valley and gaining firsthand knowledge of construction quality, timelines, and the details that matter most in real estate transactions.
After several successful years in homebuilding, Patrick chose to step away from construction in 2023 to spend more time with his family and focus on growing Sage Canyon Consulting alongside his wife. His transition into real estate allows him to combine his building expertise with a passion for helping agents deliver smooth, professional experiences for their clients.
Patrick also previously worked as an Operations Manager for a promotional products company in downtown Boise, where he strengthened his skills in marketing coordination, vendor negotiations, and project management — all of which translate directly into supporting agents with efficiency and precision.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys spending time outdoors in his camper with his wife and daughter. An avid golfer and sports fan, he’s also known as the family grill master, always ready to fire up the Blackstone or smoker for friends and family.
